- • Lead routine internal ISO/IATF audits
- • Act as liaison with ISO/IATF registrar
- • Assure accuracy of data submitted for management review

- • Ability to lead “white board” discussions to chart and better understand AEIL systems

Minimum Level of Preparation & Training Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
• Certification to Audit current ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or IATF16949 preferred
• Prior Auditing experience preferred, specifically ISO 9001, and/or IATF/TS 16949
• 1-3 years of team work experience preferred
Duties:
- • Lead IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Audit program for AEIL
- • Coordinate all requirements for IATF 16949
- • Coordinate all departments at AEIL in order to install and “self-audit” all systems required by IATF 16949
- • Work with consultants (if Section Manager decides to pursue support from consultants)
- • Work with AWA Quality and IATF Promotions Specialist
- • Work with AIP (AMI &ALM) to assure consistency between all three Southern Illinois Aisin plants
- • Lead Monthly Quality Meeting
- • Maintain Customer Specifications and support Engineering
- • Manage document control activities
- • Prepare Management review material
- • Support Hoshin Kanri Activity
- • Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- • Perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Supervisor or Management
