● Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
● Applicable experience in Training
● Management experience required.
● Electronics experience desired.
● Automotive experience desired.
ORGANIZATIONAL (AND OUTSIDE) RELATIONSHIPS
● All other AEIL Departments.
● All other various outside vendors, local community.
● Local, State, and Federal agencies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
● Open staff room with constant activity and interaction with cross-functional divisions, departments, and sections. Must be able to effectively change tasks at a moment's notice when the situation requires.
"● Some dust, noise, oils, greases, grinding debris, compressed air, metal shavings, propane, solvents and occasional lifting.

● Exposed to hazardous machinery and/or conditions that could result in injury up to and including a fatality if safety measures are not followed and adhered to.
● Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils. The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing areas were under certain conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety glasses.

Duties:
- ● Schedule and coordinate all training activities with line Shoku-chos, staff, Hon-chos, and team members
- ● Conduct Team member orientation training
- ● Maintaining training records
- ● Administer and track maintenance training
- ● Conduct analysis to measure effectiveness of training programs
- ● Create monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios to measure candidates progress
- ● Create interactive multi-media presentations
- ● Develop on-going skills training as operational and procedural changes occur
- ● Track team member participation and provide updates and analysis
- ● Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing training activities
- ● Create ways to increase team member participation
- ● Responsible for assisting with and meeting department budget.
- ● Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- ● Will perform all other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
