QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
● Highschool diploma or equivalent experience required.
● Clerical experience prefered
● Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills required
ORGANIZATIONAL (AND OUTSIDE) RELATIONSHIPS
● All other AEIL Departments.
● Aisin Seiki Design Department and outside suppliers both national and international.
● All other departments inside AEIL.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
● Open staff room with constant activity and interaction with cross-functional divisions, departments, and sections. Must be able to effectively change tasks at a moment's notice when the situation requires.

● Exposed to hazardous machinery and/or conditions that could result in injury up to and including a fatality if safety measures are not followed and adhered to.
● Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils. The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing areas were under certain conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety glasses.

Duties:
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ● Distribute part design drawings received from Aisin Seiki in Japan to suppliers as part specifications
- ● Distribute part design drawings and ECIs received from Aisin Seiki in Japan to AEIL departments
- ● Request quotations from electronic suppliers
- ● Obtain packaging proposal forms from suppliers
- ● Accurately issue purchase orders for mass production and trial run parts
- ● Follow-up with suppliers regarding parts acknowledgements, outstanding purchase orders, and smooth
- delivery
- ● Control submaterial inventory and issue purchase orders to supplier accordingly
- ● Receive inventory in AEIL inventory management system and report abnormalities to specialist
- ● Issue letter of intent (LOI) to national electronic parts suppliers
- ● Responsible for document control for LOI's, ECI's, 13 week forecasts, parts quotations, and other documents
- within the Production Control Department
- ● Make copies for Production Control Department
- ● Coordinate the shipment of sample parts to Aisin Seiki as needed
- ● Assist with making travel reservations for PC department members
- ● Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- ● Will perform all other reasonably related tasks within the company as required by Management.
