Duties:

  • Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-time issuance of ECI’s, CCI’s, and CPI’s
  • ECR & ECI tracking
  • Localization of CKD components
  • Use MQ1 for ECI control and document control
  • Minor Model Changes
  • Build out coordination
  • Coordinate SOP with Manufacturing & Advanced Launch
  • Coordinate schedules with Toyota Motor Service and approve DPR’s
  • Bill Of Material Audits
  • Inventory control
  • Blanket PO releases
  • Supplier management for production parts (i.e. L-Scar)
  • Ability to interface Aisin with Customers and Suppliers
  • Analyze / resolve kanban board issues
  • Forecast orders to the suppliers for mass production and service parts
  • Coordinate activities with Sales, Design, Cost, Purchasing, QE and ME to meet customer’s expectations
  • Organize special activity meetings to address abnormal problems
  • Optimize inventory levels of raw materials and components for mass production
  • Ability to correct or improve current processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, or company plan
